Privacy Policy

SNAX MACHINE for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS

SNAX MACHINE does not collect any personal information.

The app does not gather, store, or transmit any data about you, your device, your identity, your location, your contacts, your photos, your usage patterns, or anything else. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service, and no third-party server that the app sends information to.

Local data

Game progress, settings, statistics, achievements, and saved runs are stored on your device only, using Apple's standard local storage APIs. This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, the app submits scores from the SNAX MACHINE story mode and CRUNCH TIME mode to the public Game Center leaderboards, and unlocks Game Center achievements you have earned. The information submitted is limited to the score (or achievement identifier) and Apple's own Game Center identifiers for your account.

Game Center is an Apple service. Whether and how your Game Center identity, leaderboard entries, and achievements are visible to other players is governed by Apple's Game Center privacy practices and your Game Center account settings, not by SNAX MACHINE. You can review Apple's policy at apple.com/legal/privacy and adjust your visibility under Settings → Game Center on your device.

In-app purchases

The app offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full game. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework. SNAX MACHINE itself sees only whether the entitlement has been granted to your Apple ID — nothing about your payment, billing address, or account details.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
